Brandon Nolan Rudel

Brandon Nolan Rudel, age 34 of Sealy, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, November 27, 2018. He was born on October 8, 1984 in Bellville, Texas. Brandon grew up in Bishop, Texas and graduated from Bishop High School in 2004 where he was active in the Theatre Arts department. He loved spending time with his family and friends, cooking, and he was passionate about art and music. He enjoyed bringing a smile to people’s faces, and was deeply loved by his family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Among those left to cherish his memory are his father, Johnathan B. Rudel and his wife Tessie of Bishop, Texas; his mother, Terri L. Rudel and her husband Lloyd Rosenthal of Sealy, Texas; three brothers, Johnathan B. Rudel, Jr. and his wife Kasy of Sugarland, Texas, Matthew Q. Rudel and his wife Elisa of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Jordan Rudel and his wife Patricia of Bishop, Texas; three nieces, Amalie Rudel of Sugarland, Texas, Audra Rudel of Bishop, Texas, and Charlotte Rudel of Corpus Christi, Texas; two grandmothers, Adeline Rudel Cathey of Cedar Park, Texas and Noelia Davila of New Braunfels, Texas; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 30, 2018 at Holmgreen Mortuary Chapel in Alice. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Holmgreen Mortuary Chapel with Reverend Matthew Ulmer officiating. Interment will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 2, 2018 at Salem Lutheran Cemetery, 23555 ½ Lutheran Cemetery Rd., Tomball, Texas with Reverend Gilbert Franke officiating. Those who desire may make memorial contributions to the St. Paul Lutheran Church, 811 E. Main St., Bishop, Texas 78343. Arrangements are entrusted to Holmgreen Mortuary, 2061 E.
