Wilda Barbara (Sessums) Hall

Wilda “Toni” Barbara Hall, age 94, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 10, 2022, in her home surrounded by her family. She was born on February 8, 1927, in Dublin, Texas to George Sessums and Edna Underwood.

Wilda enjoyed embroidering, sewing, gardening, baking, watching westerns, and reading. She had a talent for refurbishing furniture and her family was always first and foremost in her life. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Rick Hall; grandson, Kenneth Nichols; granddaughter, Karyn Nichols; great-grandson, Camron Campbell; three brothers and one sister.

Loved ones left to cherish her memories are her daughters, Lelia Hall and Iva Miller both of Orange Grove, Texas; four grandchildren, Carrie (Walter) Golding, Richard (Brandi) Miller, Kristi Taylor, and Tammy (Michael) Frizzell; five great-grandchildren, Jordan, Tarrant, Jude, and Dallas Golding, and Heather Taylor; and numerous nephews and nieces.

Family will be receiving friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Friday, January 14, 2022, at Holmgreen Mortuary Chapel, 2061 E. Main St., Alice, Texas. A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Sons of Herman Cemetery in Orange Grove, Texas officiated by Joseph Vaughan.
