Betty Elizabeth Nock

Betty Elizabeth Nock, 74, of Alice, Texas passed away peacefully at home on Friday, May 2, 2025. She was born on November 14, 1950 to Rose and Joe Nock.

Betty was a lifelong resident of Alice, Texas. She was a farmer in the family business, where she drove tractors and combines ahead of her time in the agricultural industry. Betty loved to tend to her garden of plants and flowers, she enjoyed fishing, and spending time with her family. Betty also enjoyed playing games like monopoly with her nephews, great-nephews, and great-nieces. She will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents Joe and Rose Nock

Those left to cherish her memory are her siblings Jerry Nock, Mary Nock, Evelyn (Tommy) McGuire, and Garry (Leslie) Nock; nephews Brian (Cheryl) McGuire, Randy (Jennifer) McGuire, Steve (Jan) McGuire, and Ryan Nock; great- nephews and great- nieces Brennen McGuire, Bryant McGuire, Kristyn McGuire, Sommer McGuire, Taylor McGuire, Westin McGuire and Eastyn McGuire.  

 Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM With a Funeral Service to be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at Holmgreen Mortuary 2061 E. Main St. Alice, TX. Burial to follow at Alice Cemetery.

Arrangements are entrusted to Holmgreen Mortuary, 2061 E. Main Street, Alice, Texas.
