Dominga Sanchez

San Patricio-Dominga B. Sanchez, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, January 1, 2025 at her home in Agua Dulce, Texas. She was born on August 31, 1941 in Edroy, Texas to Dalio and Felicita Benavidez.
 

Dominga was a loving devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who filled her family with love and happiness. She enjoyed shopping for antiques and doting on her husband. Dominga was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters Juantia, Inez, Maria; and brothers Venteru, Ciro and Dalio, Jr.

Survivors left to cherish her memories are her husband, Epifanio P. Sanchez; children, Rey Salinas, Frank (Donna) Salinas, Pat (Andy) Anderson and Laura Sanchez; 14 grandchildren; 19 great- grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Prayer Service to be held at 7:00 PM at Holmgreen Mortuary. A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Coastal Bend State Veteran Cemetery.
