Douglas "Doug" Burch, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Doug was born with a spirit of adventure and a deep love for life that he carried with him every day.
A true outdoorsman, Doug found immense joy in camping, spending time in nature, and attending NASCAR races. He cherished moments spent with his family, whether it was during holiday celebrations where he meticulously decorated, or at lively family cookouts. His love for adventure was evident in the many vacations he took, always eager to explore new places with those he loved most.
Doug was a man of strong values and community spirit. He was a proud member of the Elks Lodge and dedicated his time to guiding young minds as a Boy Scout leader. His career at General Motors was a testament to his hard work and commitment, from which he eventually retired.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Thelma, his cherished children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, all of whom will continue to carry his legacy of love and kindness.
