Ernest Alexander Hamilton Jr (Butch) was delivered into the hands of our Lord on June 28, 2026.
Butch worked for Exxon for 37 years and ran several successful businesses and a consulting company until he retired in March 2026.
Butch was a beloved Son, Husband, Father, and Grandfather.
He is preceded in death by his Father, Ernest Hamilton Sr. (Ham), and his mother, Sarah Elizabeth Hamilton (Liz), and a Grandson, Nathan Caldera.
Butch leaves behind his Beloved Wife, Beverly Hamilton; his five children, Trey and Kristina Hamilton, Chris and Monica Hamilton, Jennifer and Bobby Caldera, Laurie and Brandon Simmons, Joseph and Katy Hamilton; nine grandchildren, Victoria and Alexis Caldera, Matthew Hamilton and Kally Simmons, Mason Hamilton, Trent Williams, Lincoln Hamilton, Anthony McClure, Sabrina Eguia; and his Beloved Puppy, Bella.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at Holmgreen Mortuary, 2061 E. Main St, Alice TX, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM with Graveside service and a Memorial Gathering to follow at Roselawn Cemetery.
All are welcome to attend.
