Farrah Ashlie Robbins

Farrah Ashlie Robbins, beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, crazy cousin, cancer warrior, and self-avowed Disney freak quietly passed away July 11, 2023 at MD Anderson Hospital Houston, surrounded by her loving family.

Born December 17, 1975 at Spohn Hospital in Corpus Christi she gave proof to the quote "la vida es corta, pero ancha", Life is Short but Broad. At only 47 she tried various occupations before settling into a career at Texas Farm Bureau. Beginning in a clerical position she received her Associates Degree and eventually progressed to Senior Claims Representative.

A devoted member of BT Church, her faith and the love of her family were the foundations of her strength. Having her children and grandchildren around was her greatest joy in life. Once she had children, every action she took was guided by their needs. Beyond her own children, many of their friends thought of her as Mom.

Farrah is survived by her parents, Bertha and James Robbins, her children, Andrew (Foster), Bodie (Stephanie), Tristan (Carina), Jake, and Joelie, grandchildren, Alayah, Pasliey, and Ellison, Sister/Cousin Christina (Pablo), cousins Eric (Josh) and on her father’s side too numerous to list.

A Visitation will be held 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at Holmgreen Mortuary with a Chapel Service to follow at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Alice Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Cancer Society, Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, or MD Anderson Cancer Center in memory of Farrah.
