Inez (Huddleston) Zulauf

Inez Huddleston Zulauf, age 91, joined our Heavenly Father on Thursday, July 10, 2025, in Alice, TX. She was born December 8, 1933, in Gilmer, TX. to Jeff Huddleston, Sr. and Laura Alexander Huddleston.

She was preceded in death by husbands Raymond Zulauf, OC Brown and first husband Herschel Kelley.

Inez was a career woman, working for Traveler’s Insurance Company for more than 35 years in Corpus Christi, Jacksonville, FL. and Orlando, FL. Also very active with VFW and Military Order of the Cootie organization as a past state president in Florida with husband Master Chief OC Brown, USN.

Surviving children are Evelyn Hutchinson, Glen Kelley (Carolyn), Carole Ness (Steve), and Kenneth Zulauf. Many grandchildren and great grandchildren from Texas to Florida to California and Virginia. Large number of cousins, nieces, and nephews are also surviving.

A Visitation and Viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Holmgreen Mortuary, 2061 E. Main St., Alice, TX 78332. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1400 N. Texas Boulevard, Alice, Texas with a Christian Burial to follow at Cenizo Cemetery in Mathis, TX.
