Joe Bill “BJ” Northcutt, 75, of Sandia, Texas, died Monday, September 20, 2021 in Alice, TX.
BJ was born September 5, 1946, in Robstown, TX., to Billy Joe and Dorothy (Lawrence) Northcutt.
He graduated from Banquete High School in 1965 and later obtained a degree in Criminal Justice. He proudly served in the United States Air Force, during Vietnam, retiring from military service after 21 years, as a Senior Master Sergeant Air Force Police.
Survivors include sisters, Brinda (Dwain) Coquat and Donna (Ron) Winburn; brothers, T.L. (Lisa) Northcutt and Eddie Michael (Sandy) Northcutt; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He will be remembered for his engaging storytelling, and his love for the Dallas Cowboys and George Jones.
A Memorial Service with Military Honors has been organized to honor his life and military service, 11:00 AM, October 7, 2021, at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery, in Corpus Christi, TX.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial charitable gift may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, the Gulf Coast Humane Society, or a charity of your choice.
