Juan S. Gonzalez

Juan S. Gonzalez, Jr., 79, passed away surrounded by his family on Sunday, February 17, 2024 in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was born on June 12, 1944 to Urbano Gonzalez and Adelaida Soliz Gonzalez in Alice, Texas.
Juan was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. He loved barbequing and watching football he always provided for his children he loved spending time with his family and grandkids and great grandkids.

Juan is preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Carmelita Gonzalez.

He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Rosita Gonzalez; children, Juan (Janie) Gonzalez, Enrique (Elizabeth) Gonzalez, Steve (Jessica) Gonzalez, Esmeralda Gonzalez (Javier Guiterrez), and Maria Isabel Gonzalez (Henry Guerra); eleven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; siblings, Ruben (Guadalupe) Gonzalez, Ramon (Lydia) Gonzalez, Sonny (Rosa) Gonzalez, David (JoAnn) Gonzalez, Irma Moreno, Ester (Refugio) Gonzalez, Norma Gonzalez, Manuela Gonzalez, Zulema (Mark) Medianda and Rosie Gonzalez; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends

A Visitation will be held on Monday, February 26, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM with a Chapel Service to be held at 11:00 AM at Holmgreen Mortuary, 2061 E. Main St. Alice, Texas. All services will conclude at Holmgreen Mortuary.

Services are entrusted to Holmgreen Mortuary, 2061 East Main Street, Alice, Texas.
