Linda Stier

Linda Charlene Stier, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 22, 2024 on her 74th birthday at her home in Orange Grove, Texas.

Known to her friends and coworkers as Charlie, she worked in the hospitality industry with Hilton for many years before she became a bartender. After retiring, she worked for the Orange Grove ISD as a substitute teacher, enjoyed golfing, gardening and spending time with her dogs Abby Lou and Janie.

Linda is preceded by her father Elmer Webb, her husband Fred Stier and her brother Richard Webb.

Survivors left to cherish her memories are her mother Evelyn Webb, her children Katherine Maddox (John) and Sean Moore, three grandchildren; Kira Majeski (Kolten), Sarah Williams (Josh) and Noah Maddox, her brother Jim Webb (Debra) and countless nieces and nephews.

Family Receiving Friends will be held Wednesday, November 27, 2024 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Holmgreen Mortuary in Alice, TX. 

Arrangements are entrusted to Holmgreen Mortuary, 2061 East Main Street, Alice, Texas.
