Maria Olga Quinones

Maria Olga Quinones, age 85, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 in San Deigo, Texas. She was born January 10, 1939 in San Diego, Texas to Santos Gonzalez and Pedro Oyervidez.

Olga was a loving caring wife and mother. She never met a stranger. She enjoyed talking to everyone. She loved to visit her daughters in Carrollton and going to Texas Ranger games, Winstar Casino and Bingos. She also had a very special love for her fur baby, Blacky. She lived a wonderful life.

Olga was dearly loved and she will be missed by all who knew her.

Maria is preceded in death by her parents, and husband of 58 years, Ricardo Quinones.

She is survived by her two daughters, Irene (Gilberto) Jimenez, and Norma (Ivan Perez) Jimenez both of Carrollton, Texas. Her three grandchildren that she cherished Alyssa Jimenez, Gilberto Jimenez, and Marcos Jimenez. She also had numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at Holmgreen Mortuary Chapel, 2061 E. Main St. Alice, Texas. A Holy Rosary will be recited at 1:00 PM with at Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 1:30 PM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Palito Blanco, Texas. Followed by a Christian Burial at Quinones Family Cemetery.
