Mark Andrew Barrow

Mark Andrew Barrow, age 50, passed away at Valley Baptist Hospital on Saturday, November 2, 2024 in Harlingen, Texas. He was born on August 17, 1974 to David Lee Barrow and Isabel Hinojosa Barrow in Alice, Texas.

Mark proudly served his country when he enlisted in the United States Navy in 1996. He was very mechanical and enjoyed working with his hands. Mark was a devoted father and son; his children were the love of his life. He was greatly loved by all his family and will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

Mark is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Sammie Lee Barrow and Ruth Evelyn T. Barrow; maternal grandparents, Juan Manuel Hinojosa and Teresita C. Hinojosa; and aunt, Martha Prezas.

Loved ones left to cherish his memories are his loving children, Lance Barrow, Hannah Mireles (Alex), Tristan Barrow, and Jazmin Barrow; grandchildren, Alessia Isabella Mireles and Raelynn Marie Mireles; parents, David Lee Barrow and Isabel Hinojosa Barrow; siblings, Antonio “Tony” Barrow (Lisa), Jason Lee Barrow and Sheila R. Stidham; aunts, Gloria Hinojosa and Cipriana H. Vela (Johnny); uncle-in- law, Bilsen Prezas; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 13 ,2024 at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery, 9974 I-37, Corpus Christi, TX 78410.

Honored to serve as pallbearers; Lance Barrow, Tristan Barrow, Tony Barrow, Jason Barrow, Michael Stidham III and Joey Vela.
