Mary Esther Bueno

Mary Esther Bueno, 58, passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital in San Antonio, Texas.

She was born June 21, 1965 in Robstown, Texas to Pilar Jacobo Sr. and Senovia Carrera Jacobo She was married to Alberto Bueno of Alice, Texas. They shared 30 years of marriage together. Esther was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Alice, Texas. She enjoyed crafting, fishing, and spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father Pilar Jacobo Sr.

Esther is survived by her mother, Senovia Jacobo; her husband, Alberto Bueno; her children, Ashley (Felix) Jacobo Garcia, Josh (Jessica Orosco) Jacobo, Katie Marie Jacobo, and Arnold Bueno; her grandchildren, Adalynn Faith Jacobo, Amber Isabella Jacobo, Heaven Amalia Garcia, Roxanne Marie Garcia, Christopher Isaiah Garcia, Thomas Andrew Garcia, and Izzabella Almaguer; her brothers, Pilar (Gloria) Jacobo, Christopher Jacobo, and Frederick Jacobo; and numerous nieces and nephews.

On March 21, 2024 visitation will be held at 11am - 1pm at Holmgreen Mortuary. Rosary and mass will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial will take place at Rose Lawn Cemetery. All services will be held in Alice, Texas.

Pallbearers: Fredrick Jacobo, Joseph Jacobo, David Anthony Fuentes, Valentin Sanchez, Marcos Fuentes Jr., and Noe Villarreal Jr.
