Morris “Scooter” Dale Cox, Jr, age 81, passed away on Friday, March 10, 2023 in Alice, Texas. He was born February 21, 1942 in Alice, Texas to Morris D. and Betty Barnes Cox, Sr.

Scooter was a salesman in the oilfield industry.

He is survived by his daughter, Dana Gerard of Houston, Tx and brother, Ricky Cox of Rosanky, Tx.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at Roselawn Memorial Cemetery.

The Family would like to give a big thank you to Meridian Care Nursing Home in Alice, Texas for the excellent care they showed their father during his stay.
