Neva Jean Hooper Pyle was born January 14, 1930 in Joaquin, Shelby County, Texas to Jesse J Hooper and Clara Williams Hooper. She graduated from high school and married Ethredge John Pyle on May 16, 1947.
She wore a smile that shined so bright. It was a beacon for those closest to her, and a warmth worth remembering for anyone else. In fact, there were doctors & nurses that even called her Ms. Hollywood. She loved her family, her cats, her friends, and her God. These were her priorities in life, but she always made time for a little fun whether it was shopping or road tripping with friends to Colorado.
We are so thankful for the love and guidance she shared with us during her time on this earth, and when I close my eyes I still see that smile shining bright...maybe a little brighter today even as she joins Pop for a big party in the sky.
Neva is survived by sons, Rickey Pyle of Corpus Christi and Scott (Coiece) Pyle of Marble Falls; granddaughter, Kristi Pyle of Bedford; granddaughter, Colleen (Jerad) Schneider of San Antonio; and grandson, Aaron (Lindsay) Pyle and wife of Cottonwood Shores; great-grandsons, Coye & Owen Pyle of Cottonwood Shores; and many more cousins, nieces & nephews that she loved very much.
