Nicole Jeanette (Buegeler) Hayzlett

Nicole Jeanette Hayzlett, age 39, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020 in Houston, TX. She was born in Alice, TX on October 4, 1981 to Michael Buegeler and Judy Elsik Buegeler.

Nicole was a first-grade teacher for 17 years for the Alice Independent School District. She enjoyed cooking, baking, hunting, fishing, and spending time with her family.

She was a loving wife, daughter, sister, and friend who was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Buegeler.

Nicole is survived by her loving husband of 18 years, Travis Hayzlett of Alice, TX; mother, Judy Buegeler of Tyler, TX; brothers, Dustin (Melanie) Buegeler of Boerne, TX and Randy Buegeler of Brenham, TX; sister, Katie Buegeler of Brenham, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family receiving friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Holmgreen Mortuary, located at 2061 E. Main St. Alice, TX. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at Immanuel Lutheran Church. Burial will follow at Alice Cemetery.
