Tommy Earl Davis of Alice, Texas passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Friday, August 28, 2020 at the age of 62. He was born in Mission, TX on September 7, 1957 to James William and Lola Von Dean Henry Davis.
He was the son of a dairy farmer and grew up on a dairy farm in Mission, TX. That’s where he became a rodeo cowboy that earned him the name “Wildman from Mission, TX”.
In the 1980’s, Tommy began working in the oilfield. He went on to open his own business in the oil and gas industry in 2000. He and his brothers all worked in the oilfield industry. Tommy was loved and respected by everyone in the oilfield business. He never met a stranger and always made everyone feel like a friend.
He was a hardworking man who placed his family above everything else and took pride in making sure they were provided for. His family was the most important thing in his life; he will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Tommy was preceded in death by his parents and sister-in-law, Barbara Davis.
He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Brinda “Pud” Davis of Corpus Christi; sons, Chase (Tabitha) Davis of Corpus Christi and Liam Davis Seattle, WA; brothers, Jim Davis and Bob “Booger” (Esmeralda) Davis.
