Yessenia Santana Obituary

Yessenia Santana, age 38, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 in the Bahamas. She was born on October, 3, 1983 in Rankin, Texas to Pablo R. Santana and Maria V. Santana.

Yessenia was a one-of-a-kind, sweet soul. She had the biggest heart and loved with all her heart. She was the HEART of her family. Yessenia loved to dance and sing; her absolute favorites were anything from Selena or Jesse Turner from Siggno. She enjoyed taking lots and lots of pictures while making memories with her family. Whether it be while traveling, attending family gatherings or just being around family and friends, she would always capture those special moments. Yessenia loved her nieces and nephews tremendously whom she treated as her own and in return, they reciprocated that love. She never wanted to and never did miss any of their games or school functions.

Baking cakes was a hobby Yessenia loved to do, especially when it came to birthdays, she would bake a cake for everyone in the family. She never forgot a family member's birthday or anniversary.

She would keep in constant contact with family by calling them and keeping in touch. She also loved to play bingo, watch her Dallas Cowboys and take care of her cats and kittens. Yessenia had a contagious smile and lived her life to the fullest, as she always got and did what she wanted. She is loved and will forever be missed by all her family and friends.
